It is in excellent condition! There are only a couple small creases that were from the cast pressing on it during signing.

It was difficult for me to capture them but if you look in pics 2 and 7 you can see them. They are along the right hand side, pic 2 it's about 3/4 way up from the bottom and pic 7 is on the sleeve next to the letter S in the signature. These are small, hardly noticeable and do not take away on the allure of this amazing poster in anyway. Beautiful signatures including one of the best Lupita's I have ever seen along with Peele's signature gold insignia right next to US logo.

Just an awesome piece of rare memorabilia. You will also receive the original signed poster and official US gloves that are pictured. The bonus poster is a first run only available pre release, they all had the top lettering sheared off.

Also, those are not smudges but part of the art. The gloves were a promotional item offered with Regal points and are very hard to come by. Neither poster has ever been hung and the gloves are unopened. The poster frame is a red Snap one and comes with instructions and another front cover.
